Willowcreek can sleep up to 36 guests…bedrooms are set up dormitory style.   There are 6 bedrooms upstairs on one side of the hall (all with twin beds) and 4 baths on the other side.  There are 3 six person rooms, 1 seven person room, 1 five person room and 1 three person room.  The downstairs has one additional bedroom and bathroom.   The downstairs bedroom has 2 queen beds and 1 twin.  All your linens are provided and the entire facility is under one roof.

The crop room is 2400 square feet with excellent lighting and plenty of outlets.  Every guest gets a 6 foot cropping table and there are plenty of set up tables for hostesses.  Retreats start at 1 PM on Friday and end at 3 PM on Sunday.  The cost is $175 per person (15% occupancy tax is included) and includes 5 catered meals and drinks (coffee, tea, water).  Hostess comes free with 15 guests and if you have more than 30 we give away door prizes as a special thank you.  A hostess and 2 helpers are welcome to come free on Thursday in order to set up.  Your guests can add the Thursday night option for an additional $30 per guest. Arrival time is any time after 5:00 PM

There is a 15 person minimum to operate the retreat on any given weekend. 

A $200 deposit is required at the time of booking.  Final payment is due 30 days from your retreat.
